1. To attend this webinar, you are required to register with the Sites and to select a password and a user name which shall be associated with an email address which you own and use (“User ID”). You may also be asked to answer questions about yourself. You agree that the information you provide to us on registration and at all other times, including any questionnaire you may submit to us in connection thereto, shall be true, accurate, current and complete, and that you will promptly update such information with any changes. Failure to do so may result in you being ineligible for the accreditation points.
2. Delegates MUST sign in before 9:00 a.m. and sign out after 6:00 p.m. to be eligible for the accreditation points.
3. A substitute delegate will not be eligible for the accreditation points.
4. All requests for refund will not be entertained.
5. The PhillipCapital Group reserves the right to change the date, time, speakers, programme content and/or other information regarding the Conference if warranted by circumstances beyond its control.
6. The Company will not take any responsibility for any action taken by participants based on investment advice and/or views given in this Conference, loss of personal property nor any liability whatsoever arising from or in relation to the Conference. For all matters relating to investments, please consult a professional adviser.
7. The management reserves the right to add, alter, amend or delete any of the rules and procedures at any time without prior notice.
Personal Data Protection Policy
I agree and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal data in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Policy of the PhillipCapital Group of Companies (“The Group”). I hereby consent to be contacted by The Group in the future for such other marketing purposes which may include receiving marketing materials from The Group. This written consent shall be valid until and unless revoked by me in writing or by The Group serving notice to me in writing.
Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Lucky Draw is open to the following:
i. Registered participant of 11th Phillip Investment Conference 2021
ii. Have completed all Qualifying Steps;
(“Eligible Participant”)
1.2. The terms and conditions applicable for the use of content and/or service in relation to the Lucky Draw shall apply to the Eligible Participant. Failure to comply with any applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions or methods shall result in disqualification from the Lucky Draw.
2. Winner Announcement & Prizes
2.1 The lucky winners and prize will be selected through a random lucky draw system.
2.2 PhillipCapital Malaysia reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
2.3 The winner(s) of prizes will be informed via phone call or e-mail notification.
2.4 The prize is given on an “as is” basis and is not exchangeable or sold for cash, credit, other items or voucher in part or in full and is non-transferable to any other person.
2.5 Should the winner fail to respond before 12th September 2021 23:59 (GMT +8), the prize will be forfeited. The winner whose prize has been forfeited or unclaimed shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation from PhillipCapital Malaysia.
3. Disqualification
Without prejudice to any right which PhillipCapital Malaysia may have in law, PhillipCapital Malaysia reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Eligible Participant(s) and/or forfeit any reward from the Eligible Participant who:
3.1 PhillipCapital Malaysia determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign, or to be acting in breach or potential breach of this Terms and Conditions; or
3.2 PhillipCapital Malaysia believes has undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities harmful to this Campaign or the Campaign submission process. Fraudulent activities are deemed to include but not be limited to any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating.
4. Variation
PhillipCapital Malaysia reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Eligible Participants agree that he/she shall be bound to such changes.
5. PhillipCapital Malaysia’s Decision
All decisions made by PhillipCapital Malaysia relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw including and without limitation, the process and manner the entries are judged shall be final and no appeal, query or correspondence shall be entertained.
6. Usage of Eligible Participant’s Details and Pictures
6.1 By participating in this Lucky Draw, Eligible Participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to allow his/her personal data being collected, processed and used by PhillipCapital Malaysia.
7. General Terms
7.1 PhillipCapital Malaysia reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Lucky Draw without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by PhillipCapital Malaysia of this contest shall not entitle the participant to any claim or compensation against PhillipCapital Malaysia for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
7.2 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
